The Democrats have won four seats in the Senate.

Mark Warner, Virginia
Kay Hagan, North Carolina
Jeanne Shaheen, New Hampshire

Bob Schieffer on CBS: “I think Barack Obama is going to be the president of the United States.” Katie Couric: “The cake is baked, in your view?” Mr. Schieffer: “Yes.”
CNN projects McCain will win West Virgina, which gives him five more electoral votes.

The Wall Street Journal is reporting Sen. McCain has won in Kentucky and Sen. Obama has won Vermont.
This puts the electoral votes at three for Obama and eight for McCain.
